After the installation of the distribution cabinet, the environment inside the control room should meet the conditions. All interior decoration construction has been completed, and the indoor area is clean and safe.
① After the distribution cabinet is transported to the site, arrange for an unboxing inspection to check for any deformation or paint peeling, whether the external components are complete, and whether there are any defects in spare parts, manuals, etc., and keep a good record of the unboxing.
② According to the layout of the construction drawings, place the switchgear on the foundation steel in order. After arranging the cabinets in a row, first find the cabinets at both ends, and then tie small wires at a height of two-thirds from the bottom to the top of the cabinets. Align each cabinet one by one, using the cabinet surface as a standard. When aligning, use 0.5mm shims for adjustment, and each shim should not exceed three pieces.
③ After aligning the toilet seat, fix it according to the size of the cabinet fixing screw hole, and connect the cabinet body and cabinet body, as well as the cabinet body and side baffle with galvanized screws. The high and low voltage switchgear and reserved angle steel are firmly welded, and the exposed parts above the cable interlayer are fully covered with striped steel plates. The front and back of the cabinet are fully insulated with 1200mm x 10mm (width x thickness).
④ The horizontal error of the top of the adjacent two cabinets of the switchgear shall not exceed 2mm, and the horizontal deviation of the top of all cabinets shall not exceed 5mm. The edge of the adjacent two cabinets shall not be more than 1mm, and the surface of all cabinets shall not be more than 5mm. The joint between cabinets shall not be more than 2mm.
⑤ After positioning the equipment, tighten and inspect the external fasteners again, especially at the conductor connection end. After the wiring inside the cabinet is completed, use a vacuum cleaner to remove debris inside the cabinet, keep the equipment clean up and down, and accurately mark the equipment tag number and circuit number.
After the completion of the distribution cabinet installation, the bridge below the cabinet is installed. The direction of cable openings for the incoming and outgoing cables of the distribution cabinet will be reserved by the supplier according to the scale. After the cable laying is completed, close it. The dedicated grounding wire is used for reliable grounding of the bridge and cabinet grounding busbar. Rubber plates are used to connect the bridge and distribution box (cabinet) at both ends to maintain the wires and cables. After leaving the factory, the secondary circuit wiring and related inspection of the distribution cabinet should be completed. After the distribution cabinet equipment arrives on site, it should be inspected in a timely manner under the supervision and guidance of the on-site engineer and supervisor of Party A. The relevant skill documents should be complete, the packaging and sealing of the distribution cabinet should be good, all components should be completely intact, and the wiring should be reliable. After fixing the distribution cabinet device, insulation tests should be conducted on each secondary wiring circuit of the distribution cabinet. The test should use a 500V insulation test surface, and the test results should be greater than 1M Ω. All secondary circuit control wires or cables should be made of multi stranded soft copper wire, and standard and suitable terminal blocks should be selected for wiring. After soldering, special crimping pliers should be used for crimping, and neutral solder should be used for soldering.
